Client Change Partner

Permanent | £74,000 per annum | Hybrid | 30 Day Annual Leave

Be the strategic partner clients rely on. Shape revenue. Drive delivery excellence. Lead people to success.

Are you a relationship‑driven, commercially astute leader who thrives in complex environments? Do you excel at influencing stakeholders, guiding clients through change, and ensuring delivery lands exactly where it should? If yes — you’ll feel right at home with us.

We’re looking for a Client Change Partner to act as the primary point of contact for our clients — understanding their strategic priorities, shaping delivery roadmaps, and ensuring Target is aligned, resourced, and positioned to deliver exceptional outcomes.

  • Represent Target with confidence, clarity, and credibility

Drive Financial Performance

  • Apply strong commercial and financial awareness to all decisions
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial controls with discipline
  • Support pricing, bids, renewals, and commercial negotiations
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen long‑term partnerships

Lead People

  • Lead, develop, and support Project Managers, ensuring they’re equipped and motivated
  • Influence internal teams to align around client priorities and delivery expectations
  • Inspire the wider change and technology community, fostering collaboration and high performance

Enhance Processes

  • Deliver programmes in line with Target’s frameworks, ensuring control, compliance, and quality
  • Report progress clearly, escalate risks early, and embed lessons learned
  • Champion continuous improvement, lean delivery, and operational excellence

What It’s Like to Work With Us

Change Delivery is where the action happens — no two days are the same.

You’ll work with experienced, collaborative colleagues across the business, right up to Exec level. You’ll shape the change that pushes our organisation forward while building deep, strategic relationships with our clients.

And because people matter here:

  • You’ll get regular feedback and recognition
  • We celebrate success through our My Recognition portal
  • We’re committed to wellbeing, embracing tech, and offering real opportunities to grow your career
