Job Description

You see the big picture, you’ve always worked on a grand scale, and now you’re ready to re-focus on grand impact.

This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals.

In this role, you'll:

Work closely with project teams, senior leaders and stakeholders to assess change impacts, manage dependencies, identify risks and develop strategies that support successful transitions. You'll provide insight and analysis on change proposals, coordinate implementation activities, monitor progress against key milestones and ensure a clear understanding of impacts across programs and portfolios.

This role operates in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement are critical. We're looking for someone who combines strong change management expertise with exceptional communication and influencing skills, and who can confidently work across multiple projects and stakeholder groups.

Join the Procurement Transformation Program team and help shape the future of Transport. As an experienced Change Manager, you'll lead the assessment, planning and delivery of change initiatives that support successful procurement project and program outcomes across a complex organisation.

At a time of significant transformation within the Procurement branch, this is a unique opportunity to influence how we work, improve service delivery and drive meaningful organisational change across Transport.
