This unique role combines involvement in driving organizational change initiatives across the IT function and high-level executive support.

Responsibilities

Change Management – Driving Transformation with Purpose

  • Lead with Impact: Design and run interactive workshops and training experiences that empower teams to embrace change confidently.
  • Align for Success: Ensure every change initiative is laser-focused on delivering real business value and strategic alignment.
  • Team Up with Tech: Partner with IT leaders and agile project teams to co-create and roll out forward-thinking change strategies.
  • Communicate Like a Pro: Craft compelling communication plans that keep everyone informed, inspired, and engaged throughout the change journey.
  • Track What Matters: Monitor adoption trends, listen to feedback, and tackle resistance early—turning insights into action.

Executive Support to the CIO – Reimagined for the Next-Gen

  • Be the CIO’s Right Hand – Act as the go-to person for internal teams and external partners – you're the first impression and the trusted gatekeeper.
  • Drive Strategic Momentum – Help shape the future of tech by supporting strategic planning, tracking key projects, and ensuring smooth communication across the board.
  • Master the Art of Time – Own the CIO’s calendar like a pro—juggling meetings, travel, and priorities to keep everything running like clockwork.
  • Orchestrate High-Impact Moments – Plan and prep for meetings, presentations, and reports that influence big decisions and drive innovation.
  • Guard the Vault – Handle sensitive information with integrity, professionalism, and a deep respect for confidentiality.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Communications, or related field
  • Time Management: Expert at juggling calendars, meetings, and deadlines with precision.
  • Communication Pro: Clear, professional, and friendly in all forms of communication—email, phone, and in-person.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, MS Planner, Staffbase, Power BI).
  • Discretion & Trustworthiness: Handles sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments and adjusts quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Relationship Builder: Builds rapport across teams and levels, acting as a key liaison.

Preferred Skills

  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Certification in Change Management is a plus.
  • Experience in IT or digital transformation environments.
  • Understanding of change management principles (e.g., SCARF, ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
