About the role

The Change Manager - People Systems Optimisationis responsible forleading and embedding organisational change associated with a transformation program,as well as the ongoing enhancement,optimisationand expansion of Workday across Tennis Australia.With Workday already implemented, thisrole focuses on driving adoption of new modules, system enhancements, process improvements, and releases. The role ensures that changesare successfully embeddedinto the organisation through strong change governance, stakeholder engagement, and capability uplift.This role is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.

In this role you will:

  • Develop change strategies aligned to the Workday transformation program, Workday releasecyclesand roadmap
  • Conduct impact assessments for system and process changes across the employee lifecycle
  • Lead stakeholder engagement for Workday improvements and new functionality
  • Partner with L&D to design and deliver ongoing Workdaylearning
  • Track system adoption, usagemetricsand user feedback, whilstidentifyingand implementingimprovement opportunities
  • Work closely with Tennis's Internal Communications team to design and deliver targeted communication strategies for system updates and enhancements

About you

To be successful in this role you willhave

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, OrganisationalDevelopmentor related discipline (preferred)
  • Significant experiencedelivering change within HR systems, ideally Workday or similar cloud-based HCM platforms
  • Experience supporting post-implementation optimisation, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proven ability toinfluence and engage senior stakeholders and leaders
  • Understanding of digital HR transformation trends and employee experience design
  • Acurrent Police Checkand Working with Children Check(or be willing to obtain)
  • Preparedness to be flexiblein regard toworking hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
