About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Change Manager to spearhead Risk Management's (RM) critical transformation initiatives from concept through to successful adoption. In this highly visible position, you'll collaborate with senior leadership to orchestrate delivery, remove obstacles, and ensure initiatives achieve meaningful outcomes that advance our organization's capabilities and effectiveness.

You will be a valued member of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) Office team, which provides strategic support to the CRO, the RM Executive Team (ET) and the broader RM function. Our team combines strategic problem-solving with hands-on execution, offering broad exposure across Risk Management in a complex global organization.

For Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between CHF 94,000 and CHF 142,000 for a full-time role.

• the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience
In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
