CARE's Fleet Transformation Project is part of CARE’s Supply Chain Transformation portfolio that aims to create a safer, more efficient, more sustainable, and more cost-effective fleet operation across CARE. The programme encompasses the transformation of fleet policies, processes, technology, operating models, governance, and asset management practices, including the implementation of a Fleet Management System, vehicle tracking and safety technologies, fleet rightsizing, fleet service charge structures, and enhanced fleet safety controls. The project seeks to improve road safety outcomes, reduce operational costs, strengthen compliance and decision-making through better data, lower environmental impact, and ensure that CARE's vehicle assets effectively support programme delivery in some of the world's most challenging operating environments.
The Change Manager will play a critical role in supporting the successful implementation of CARE’s global fleet technology solution across country offices. Reporting to the functional lead of Fleet with a dotted line to the Senior Director of Transformation, this role will lead change management activities to ensure stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption of the new system. The Change Manager will work closely with the Functional / Technical leads, Project Manager, country office teams, and implementation partners to develop tailored strategies, facilitate communications, and support training efforts. This position is essential to ensuring that the new fleet technology is embraced across CARE’s diverse global operation.
