Job Description

Change Manager – Clinical Data Management / Transformation

The Change Manager role is a great opportunity to work within our FSP team supporting Clinical Data Management activities through a growing portfolio of transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in delivering practical, coordinated change activities that enable teams to successfully prepare for and adopt change.

You will work in close collaboration with project teams, SMEs, functional leads, and Clinical Operations stakeholders, translating change strategies into hands-on delivery. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Clinical Data Management or Clinical Operations who is comfortable operating across multiple concurrent initiatives in a dynamic, global environment.

What you will do

• Support execution of change management activities across multiple transformation and functional initiatives impacting Clinical Data Management
• Translate change strategies into practical delivery plans, ensuring timely and coordinated implementation
• Support stakeholder mapping and tracking, identifying impacted groups, key influencers, and engagement needs
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops, briefings, feedback sessions, and follow-ups
• Assist with change impact assessments, documenting and maintaining impacts across processes, roles, systems, and ways of working
• Support development and delivery of communications aligned with project milestones and audience needs
• Coordinate business readiness activities to ensure teams are prepared for upcoming changes
• Support training and enablement planning, including coordination of materials, logistics, and follow-up actions
• Track change actions, milestones, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues where needed
• Maintain change management documentation, including trackers, stakeholder logs, and action plans
• Collect feedback from stakeholders to identify risks, resistance, and additional support needs
• Collaborate with project managers and business leads to integrate change activities into overall delivery plans
• Support monitoring of change adoption and implementation outcomes
• Promote consistency of change execution across multiple initiatives impacting Clinical Data Management

Your profile

• University/college degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in Clinical Data Management or Clinical Operations
• Experience supporting or delivering change management activities
• Experience working on transformation or business change initiatives
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, communications coordination, and readiness activities
• Ability to track actions, manage dependencies, and maintain structured documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to operate hands-on

Nice to have

• Direct experience in Clinical Data Management environment
• Experience working in a regulated or GxP environment
• Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
• Experience supporting system, process, or operating model changes
• Experience in a global or matrixed organisation
