  • Support and participate in risk‑related discussions, particularly as they relate to third‑party risk management, contracting, and procurement controls
  • Create and maintain executive‑level materials, updates, and insights related to change progress and adoption
  • Leverage reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support change tracking, insights, and executive reporting
  • Respond to ad‑hoc change management needs across CFSO, operating flexibly across multiple initiatives as priorities shift
  • Collaborate closely with PMO, technology, risk, finance, and operations partners

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in change management, transformation, strategy, operations, or project‑adjacent roles
  • Prior experience working in procurement, sourcing, third‑party risk, contracts, accounts payable, or a closely related function strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding & application of AI‑enabled tools to analyze and improve business operations
  • Experience operating in a risk, compliance, or control‑based environment, with the ability to engage meaningfully in risk discussions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping structure where none exists
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM) is a plus
  • Exposure to procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Fieldglass) is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or change‑related certifications a plus

What’s in it for you?

  • High‑visibility role partnering closely with CFSO leadership
  • Opportunity to shape how change is managed across a complex, evolving organization
