Who we are looking for

Deloitte’s Regional Information Technology team helps our business teams across Central Europe get the most from technology. We are expanding our Organizational Change Management team and looking for someone who enjoys working with people and helping them adopt new tools and ways of working.

This role focuses on organizational change management: the people side of change, rather than the ITIL process for managing technical changes.

Working with colleagues like project managers, analysts, leadership teams and business teams, you will help build understanding, engagement and adoption across our technology initiatives. Our portfolio will give you opportunities to apply your experience, take ownership and continue developing your skills.

You do not need to hold a manager title today - we welcome experienced practitioners ready to take the next step.

We are particularly interested in your mindset and approach: how you understand people’s needs, build trust, respond to concerns and find practical ways to help change succeed.

We are looking for:

• Experience in organizational change management, technology adoption or transformation (2+ years).
• Creativity in coming up with ways to reach and engage people.
• Understanding of and empathy for the user’s point of view in a change scenario.
• Great communication skills - written, verbal and visual.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
• The ability to influence others and communicate a shared vision.
• Fluent English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
• Proficiency with AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to support analysis, communication, content creation and everyday work.
• A change management certification is a plus.

In your role, you will work with Project Managers and business stakeholders to develop and deliver change plans for internal technology initiatives. You will assess how changes affect people, help establish effective sponsorship, engage future users and identify what support they need.

You will take ownership of your change activities while working closely with colleagues across the project and change management teams. Your creativity, judgement and ability to connect with people will help turn project delivery into meaningful adoption.

Your future role

• Develop and execute change plans, informed by change impacts, stakeholder needs and organizational readiness.
• Apply and help improve our change management framework and tools, drawing on established approaches and Deloitte’s internal practices.
• Build and maintain networks of change agents, leadership sponsors and technology enthusiasts across Central Europe.
• Understand concerns and barriers to adoption, and work with project teams and stakeholders to address them.
• Collaborate on creating training materials, communication assets, knowledge resources and templates.
• Facilitate champion sessions, training sessions, sponsor meetings and leadership presentations.
• Define and monitor measures of readiness and adoption, using feedback to improve the approach.
