Job Description

Change is constant, and this role puts you right at the heart of it.

As part of the UNITE portfolio, you'll help deliver transformational initiatives across customer, operations and technology teams, ensuring our people are ready, supported and equipped to embrace new ways of working.

Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you'll assess impacts, build readiness and support the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working. You'll develop practical change strategies, drive engagement and readiness activities, and help embed sustainable outcomes that deliver lasting value.

This is an opportunity to make a visible impact across some of the organisation's most significant transformation initiatives, working with leaders and teams to embed meaningful and lasting change.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of change activities across multiple initiatives, including impact assessments, change strategies, communication plans and stakeholder engagement approaches.
  • Partner with business leaders, SMEs and delivery teams to drive business readiness, facilitate workshops and ensure change activities are embedded into project and release plans.
  • Leading learning and capability uplift initiatives that equip teams with the knowledge, tools and confidence to adopt new ways of working.
  • Monitor change progress, adoption and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations that support successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

What Do I Need?

We're looking for a seasoned Change Manager who can confidently lead end-to-end change across complex programs and thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and no two days look the same.

You're someone who can comfortably switch between strategy and delivery, keep multiple plates spinning without losing sight of the bigger picture, and bring people on the journey even when change feels challenging. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems and turning complexity into clear, actionable outcomes.

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end change initiatives, from impact assessment and planning through to business readiness, adoption and embedding sustainable outcomes.
  • Experience supporting business readiness, learning and capability initiatives, including the development of training materials and facilitation of workshops and change activities.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate business or technical concepts into clear, meaningful messages.
  • Experience working within Agile, project or transformation environments, coupled with a proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
