Coke Florida is looking for a Change Manager based out of our Tampa HQ location. We’re currently looking for 8:00am- 5:00pm, working Monday-Friday.

What You Will Do:
The Change Manager is responsible for designing, leading and embedding enterprise-wide change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of critical business and technology transformations.
As a member of our Program Management Office (PMO) team, this role will partner with executive leadership, program teams and functional stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into sustained organizational outcomes The Change Manager ensures that changes to systems, processes, structures and ways of working are adopted, embedded, and sustained at scale.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and behavior change to maximize the realization of business value.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Define, implement and continuously evolve the enterprise change management framework, standards and tools
• Ensure consistent application of change practices across al major programs and initiatives
• Establish governance for change intake, prioritization and impact visibility across the enterprise
• Lead the change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and readiness evaluations
• Develop and execute integrated change strategies, plans and roadmaps aligned with program timelines
• Partner with program and project managers to embed change management into end-to-end delivery
• Coach leaders on communication and accountability for change adoption
• Build alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent message and execution
• Partner with Communications and Learning teams to develop training programs and adoption of resources
• Ensure messaging is audience-specific, timely and aligns to organizational goals
• Define and track change adoption metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success measures
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies, including targeted interventions and engagement plans
• Define the behaviors, habits and cultural shifts required to sustain change

For this role, you will need:
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management or related roles.
• Proven track record applying structured change methodologies:
◦ Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent frameworks
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformation initiatives, including:
◦ Technology implementations such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) digital platforms and automation
◦ Process transformation or operating model changes
• Demonstrated ability to:
◦ Partner effectively with PMO, Project Managers and cross-functional teams
◦ Influence executives and senior leaders to drive sponsorship and accountability
◦ Translate complex change into clear, actionable plans and communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills:
◦ Demonstrates high emotional intelligence (EQ)
◦ Ability to influence without authority
◦ Proven ability to have difficult conversations

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:
• Experience working in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) / Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), manufacturing or distribution environments
• Experience supporting:
◦ Large-scale digital or ERP transformations (SAP, Salesforce)
◦ Automation, AI or data-driven transformations
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma
• Experience building or scaling enterprise change management capabilities or COEs
• Change Management Certification
