About the Role

Responsible for leading end-to-end change management initiatives that support strategic business priorities. Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by defining and executing change strategies that drive successful adoption of organizational initiatives. Partners across functions to ensure alignment, stakeholder engagement, and effective execution, accelerating business transformation and desired outcomes. Success is measured through adoption rates, stakeholder engagement, and the overall business impact delivered by change initiatives.

Change Strategy & Governance

  • Comply, follow and adopt governance and process of change management and its framework as well as follow the STO procedure and governance.
  • Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and integration with project, program, and portfolio delivery plans.
  • Develop and execute end‑to‑end change management plans (communications, training, sponsorship, readiness).
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with Strategic Transformation Office (STO), SME Communications, Process Owners, and business leaders to embed change into delivery cadence.
  • Prepare progress updates and reporting for Steering Committees and senior leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate change‑related risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments; tailor engagement strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to anticipate resistance and build strong adoption plans.

Communication & Training

  • Lead communication efforts to ensure messages are clear, relevant, and engaging.
  • Facilitate workshops, trainings, and engagement sessions to enhance awareness and readiness.
  • Track training effectiveness (attendance, assessments) and iterate content.

Adoption, Measurement & Benefits

  • Monitor readiness and adoption via surveys, usage analytics, and qualitative feedback.
  • Identify resistance points and drive improvement actions with owners.
  • Track benefit realization against the business case and maintain handover documentation.
