  • Identify key impacted stakeholder groups and develop targeted interventions to support transition
  • Proactively identify change risks, dependencies and resistance points across initiatives
  • Design and implement mitigation strategies and action plans throughout the project lifecycle

  • Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies that build awareness, understanding and buy-in
  • Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver effective training programs
  • Implement change champion networks to support large-scale transformation programs
  • Define, track and report on key change metrics and adoption indicators including providing regular insights to senior stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive accountability
  • Lead change sustainment planning to ensure successful handover and long-term adoption including supporting leaders and teams to embed new behaviours, processes and ways of working
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders, project sponsors and key stakeholders
  • Coach leaders and frontline teams through change, supporting them to lead effectively during periods of transformation
  • Develop and produce high-quality change artefacts to support governance, change maturity and project lifecycle requirements while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the PMO’s change management methodology, tools and templates.

What You'll Bring

  • 5–7 years’ experience leading end-to-end change across multiple projects/programs (ideally in large or matrixed environments)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, HR, OD) and/or recognised change certification (e.g., Prosci)
  • Experience delivering change in agile and/or large-scale transformation environments
  • Strong capability across core change activities: impact assessment, readiness planning, risk/resistance management, communications, engagement and training
  • Ability to define and track adoption metrics and effectiveness measures, translating insights into action
  • Strong stakeholder partnering skills, with confidence influencing and coaching leaders and teams at all levels
  • Proven ability to simplify complex change into clear, compelling messaging that drives understanding and adoption
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, managing competing priorities and delivering across multiple workstreams
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and highly organised, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Collaborative, adaptable and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to support people through change.

Having over 3.2 million Members, we’re Australia's largest member-owned organisation, and have grown into one of the country's largest tourism, leisure, and travel businesses, with investments in accommodation, car hire, ferries, experiences and more. We’ve done this by putting our people, Members and customers at the centre of everything we do to deliver great experiences – something that has always set us apart.
