What’s the role?
Working as part of the Transformation Excellence squad within BTB Strategy Village, your role will be critical in managing BTB change initiatives. This is a permanent full-time role based in either NSW or VIC. You will be accountable for building change approaches, identify and assess change impacts, design and execute change interventions, and measure and monitor key change metrics.

What do I need?
This role requires extensive change management experience, with the capability to operate independently across complex environments and initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering change in both agile and waterfall settings, including large‑scale system implementations and customer or vendor migrations. Candidates with experience in Migration experience will also be highly regarded. They will bring proven expertise in senior stakeholder engagement, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences. A sound understanding of risk management and assurance principles is essential, alongside highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility, resilience and the ability to adapt confidently to shifting priorities are critical to succeeding in this role.
