We are seeking an experienced
Change Management Consultant
with
Prosci certification
to support a major transformation initiative in Botswana. The successful candidate will work fully onsite for the duration of the contract and will play a critical role in driving change adoption across a large-scale digital transformation programme.
Lead and execute end-to-end change management activities aligned with the
Prosci ADKAR framework
.
Develop and implement change strategies to support
digital transformation and/or large ERP programmes
.
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, readiness assessments, and change risk analysis.
Create and manage communication, training, and engagement plans to drive user adoption.
Partner closely with programme leadership, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Identify resistance points and proactively manage adoption risks.
Measure and report on change effectiveness, adoption metrics, and business readiness.
Support leadership coaching and sponsor alignment activities.
Ensure change management deliverables are aligned with programme milestones.
Prosci Certification
(mandatory).
Minimum 5 years post-Prosci experience
delivering change management initiatives.
Proven experience supporting
digital transformation programmes and/or large ERP implementations
.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all organisational levels.
Ability to work
full onsite in Botswana for 12 months
.
Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience in public sector or large enterprise transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Experience working within structured programme or PMO environments.
Highly adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Proactive, results-driven, and people-focused.
Culturally aware and collaborative.
