We are seeking a talented individual to join our Transformationand Changeteam at MercerSuper This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Change Manager willbe responsible forleading change management and communication efforts for ourRiskProgram and partner with senior stakeholders to transform the risk culture and capability at MercerSuper
We will count on you to:
Develop aChangeManagementand Communicationsplan, implement the change plan,and review and reviseadjustasrequired
Develop and consistently apply change managementbest practises and interventionsacrossthe programand throughout the lifecycle of the workstreams within the Program.
For all workstreamswithin the program, ensurethe key principles of our Change Management framework are applied, including but not limited to;changemanagement and communicationplans,change impact assessments, business readiness, change health assessments,trainingstrategies,and plans.
Monitor change management progressacross the program,including identifying change management risks andemergingissues, and developingappropriate mitigationsand change interventions.
Deliver effective communication plans and training programs to ensure stakeholders are informed and equipped to embrace and adoptchange across the program via multiple workstreams Tailor communication and training materials to different stakeholder groups, by performing capability and competency analysis.
Assess readiness for change and develop strategies to enhance adoption and minimise resistanceand change fatigue for multiple stakeholder groups Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout theprogram, including executive and senior leaders.
Partner with senior stakeholders and supporttheProgramManager, Project Managers, Portfolio Leader and Change Leadto deliveranuplift in Risk Culture and Capability to meetMercerSuper’starget state.
What you need to have:
A minimum of8-10 years’ experience inaprofessional services organisation or professional customer services
Demonstrated experience as a change management practitioner, leading change management efforts for large-scale transformation programswithin highly regulated environments.
Demonstrated experience in cultural and organisational change programs
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent time management skills
Excellent analytical andcritical thinking skills, with the ability toidentifyand mitigate risks and drive effective decision-making
Demonstrated senior stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to work effectively acrosscomplexorganisations.
Self-motivation with initiative,energyand drive to succeed
Flexible approach, thriving on change and innovation, balanced by attention to detail, risk management,structuredthinking, and empathy for those receiving the changes you will be implementing – an open and curious mindset.

Experience working within a regulated industry, financial services highly regarded.
Experience on a risk or remediation change transformation program
Experienced in supporting senior and executive leaders with their change programs; capable of challenging the status quo and influencing outcomes which increase customer and employee engagement.
