Job Description

The Senior Change Management Specialist in Priority Health’s Transformation Office will primarily be responsible for helping build internal change capability across Priority Health. This role develops practical tools, learning resources, coaching approaches, and reusable change enablement assets that help leaders, teams, and change agents more effectively lead, adopt, and sustain change. The Senior Specialist also supports strategic initiatives as needed by developing and executing change management plans, tactics, and materials that drive adoption, engagement, and sustainment.

Essential Functions

  • Translates change management concepts, methods, and frameworks into simple, usable guidance that supports leaders, teams, and change agents in preparing for, leading, and sustaining change.

  • Designs and delivers learning experiences, coaching sessions, workshops, or just-in-time resources that strengthen change capability across business areas.

  • Develops, curates, and maintains practical tools, templates, playbooks, guides, and reusable change enablement assets to promote consistency, reduce duplication, and make change management easier to apply across the organization.

  • Identifies recurring change capability gaps, adoption barriers, and leader/team needs through assigned work and feedback loops; recommends resources, coaching approaches, or interventions to strengthen organizational change maturity.

  • Coaches leaders, teams, and change agents on applying change practices, such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, readiness planning, reinforcement, and sustainment.

  • Helps define, maintain, and interpret measures for both change initiative effectiveness and internal capability-building efforts; recommends mitigations or improvements based on data, feedback, and observed adoption patterns.

  • Supports strategic initiatives as needed by developing change management plans, tactics, and materials that align to the overall change strategy and positively impact adoption, engagement, and sustainment.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • 7 years of relevant experience related experience

Preferred

  • Master's Degree or equivalent

  • 5 years of relevant experience Participation large scale programs, projects or system wide initiatives focused on organizational transformation

  • 2 years of relevant experience Change management, preferably utilizing Prosci’s ADKAR framework
