Main Objectives:
· Ensure Scheduling Agreement Integrity and Execution. Guarantee the correct creation, validation, and continuous alignment of Scheduling Agreements (SA) for TPOP parts, ensuring accurate system releases and supplier adherence to demand requirements.
· Drive Master Data Accuracy and System Reliability. Maintain and continuously improve material master data, including part numbers, supersessions, and depletion indicators, ensuring high data accuracy as a foundation for operational stability and supply chain efficiency.
· Lead Part Lifecycle and Change Management Processes. Manage end-to-end part number updates, supersessions, and regional transitions (e.g., GLC to NAFTA), ensuring smooth system integration and avoiding disruptions in supply or inventory inconsistencies.
· Govern Supplier and Procurement Master Data Structure. Oversee the creation and maintenance of supplier codes, planner assignments, and buyer information within SAP Paragon, ensuring proper system governance and enabling efficient procurement execution.
· Use Mercedes-Benz standard methods and systems to manage the supplier readiness information and use reporting tools to manage timely reports to higher management and Headquarters.
· Enable Cross-Regional Coordination and Communication. Act as the central liaison across Germany, USA, and Mexico teams to align changes, synchronize system updates, and ensure consistent execution across all regions through structured communication and meetings.
· Act as Key Interface for Cross-Functional Topics (Finance & IT). Support and coordinate change-related topics impacting Finance and IT systems, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities, while facilitating issue resolution and process improvements.
Main Tasks:
Drive the overall governance of master data and change management activities in SAP Paragon, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and system integrity across all material and supplier data.
Ensure the creation, validation, and maintenance of Scheduling Agreements, confirming alignment with demand and guaranteeing correct system releases to suppliers.
Lead the implementation of part number updates, supersessions, and material transitions (e.g., GLC to NAFTA), ensuring seamless system updates and no supply disruptions.
Ensure all material master data remains accurate and up to date, including depletion indicators, part number attributes, and system consistency to support operations.
Oversee the creation and update of supplier codes, planner assignments, and buyer information in SAP Paragon, ensuring correct system structure and procurement alignment.
Act as the central interface between Germany, USA, and Mexico teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and proper execution of change management activities across regions.
Serve as liaison for Finance and IT-related topics linked to system changes, supporting issue resolution and ensuring alignment between business and system requirements.
Ensure continuous communication through emails, meetings, and follow-ups, aligning stakeholders and securing timely execution of all change management activities.
Qualifikationen
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related technical area, Master Degree preferred.
Bilingual Spanish + English (Native or business fluent); German (optional).
Minimum of 4–6 years in supply chain, change management, master data, or procurement within the automotive industry or similar environment.
Experience managing part number changes, scheduling agreements, and SAP-based systems (preferably SAP Paragon).
