Position Title: Change Management Specialist
Base Salary:
$56,300 to $89,0090 annually DOE

Job Summary
The Change Management
Specialist identifies, manages, and maintains all change management activities
in the Ziply fiber network as well as monitoring third party change activity.
This is a fully on-site role in Everett, WA; remote or hybrid work is not available.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Change Management Coordination:

Process
internal and third-party change management requests into the CM system.
·
Communicate
across multiple business units to coordinate scheduling for change management
events.
·
Resolves
scheduling conflicts with internal business units as well as third parties.
Customer Notification and Communication:
·
Research
to identify customers’ contact information to notify the customer about service
affecting CMs within the SLA.
·
Monitoring
and replying to email correspondence pertaining to CM work with internal and
external parties.
Cross-Functional Communication:
·
Run
a regular cadence of informative meetings across multiple business units to
inform about change activity within the network.
Other Duties
·
Performs other duties as
required to support the business and evolving organization.
Required Qualifications:
·
High school diploma or GED.
·
Minimum of two (2) years of experience
providing end-to-end telecommunications support.
·
Minimum of two (2) years of experience
providing direct customer support.
·
Proficient in
Microsoft Office applications.
·
Proficient in
utilizing network monitoring tools.
·
Experienced in
analyzing network topology to identify impacted network elements and customers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations.

effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.

Understanding of network topology
·
Knowledge of process documentation, procedures,
and systems.

Knowledge with the operation of routers and
switches.

Work Environment
Work is performed in an
office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of
a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work is
primarily a modern office setting.
