Purpose

Reporting to the Site Director, thesuccessful candidate willbe responsible formanagingchange as part of our enterprise transformation programandcontributing to comprehensive change management strategies,designingand executing change activities to prepare, inform, and support employees through various organizational changes

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implementcomprehensive changemanagement plans to support organizational transformation initiatives.

  • Facilitate and lead change management activities,including from/toframing, stakeholder analysis, pulse checks, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.

  • Collaborate to connect change management and related plans (i.e.communications, training, sponsor engagement, etc.) to ensure clear, consistent, andtimelyexecution of change initiatives for all stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans and provide change management governance.

  • Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them leadchangeeffectively within their teams.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts,making adjustmentsas needed to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Rolemodelchange management frameworks and influence models.

  • Develop, deliver, andmaintainchange management reporting to key stakeholders and executives.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement byfacilitatingpost-mortem reviews andidentifyingand implementing best practices in change management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology,Communications, Business Administration, HR, or relatedfield

  • 3–7 years of handson experience in Change Management, ideally leading complex initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.

  • Solid knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools —experience with the CAP Model or consultingstyle delivery is an advantage.

  • Exceptional communication skills:you’rea talented writer, editor, and storyteller, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong project management abilities, with comfort handling multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience developing business cases for change, and ideally holdinga relevantcertification (e.g., PROSCI, PMP).

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.

  • Experience coaching leaders and teams through transition and transformation.

  • Advancedproficiencyof English language, atC2level(mandatory).

  • Experience driving change for operating model transformations or Global Business Services transitions (desirable).

  • Strategic thinking and strongproblemsolvingskills.

  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability.

  • Leadership and coaching skills, including confidence working with executives.

  • A proactive,handsonapproach —you’reaselfstarterwho’snot afraid to “roll up your sleeves” to make change happen.
