PGS Change Management Program Manager

The PGS Change Management Program Manager will work in close partnership with the PGS Transformation Director and senior leadership to define, implement, and drive the success of the PGS Transformation Program. This program is focused on equipping employees with the frameworks, training, mentorship, and tools needed to foster a culture of continuous improvement and deliver long‑term, sustainable impact across the organization.

This role will prioritize the people side of change, ensuring individuals are effectively prepared, supported, and empowered to adopt new ways of working. This includes changes in business processes, systems, technologies, job roles, and organizational structures, assuring that transformation efforts are embraced and sustained throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive change management framework aligned with the organization’s transformation goals
  • Apply the ADKAR change management framework and other relevant change management philosophies and tools to maximize employee adoption and usage of changes
  • Integrate project management tools and the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC framework with change management principles to minimize resistance
  • Influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization, from senior leaders to individual contributors and craft labor personnel
  • Define roles and responsibilities of sponsors and people managers during organizational change and coach them throughout the change lifecycle
  • Identify, address, and overcome individual barriers to change and reinforce sustained adoption
  • Generate positive momentum through active stakeholder management and resistance mitigation
  • Partner with initiative owners and project teams to embed change management strategies across all phases of transformation programs
  • Facilitate and deliver training on change management frameworks, methods, and tools
  • Create tools, templates, and training materials to scale change management capability
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring stakeholder engagement
  • Establish and track change readiness assessments, adoption metrics, and feedback loops
  • Coach leaders and managers to support their teams through change
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for change‑related activities within the transformation portfolio

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, organizational development, business, psychology, or a related field from a four‑year college or university (Master’s degree a plus)
  • Five or more years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation roles

Additional Knowledge and Skills

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to calculate figures and apply basic mathematical concepts
  • Strong reasoning and analytical skills with the ability to develop effective change strategies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Proven experience establishing change management practices in a mid‑to‑large organization
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, Kotter, and ADKAR
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Prosci or other recognized change management certification preferred
  • Experience working within a Transformation Office or PMO preferred
  • Exposure to agile environments or digital transformation initiatives preferred

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Regularly required to sit and communicate verbally or listen. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet, though hearing protection may be required in certain areas.
