Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a multinational tech company in their search for a Change Management Leadbased in BGC

Salary Range Open

Work Setup Hybrid, Mostly WFH

Shift Schedule Day Shift

Location BGC

Your Responsibilities:

In addition to, ensuring activities by Change Analyst are performed, the Lead Change Analyst shall also be responsible for providing assistance to General Service Management Change Manager
  • Assist Gen Service Management Process Owner to ensure effective implementation of the process across GEN organization
  • Review the process effectiveness & efficiency
  • Establish procedures for Change Management as per defined process & policies
  • Maintain the Change Management process documentation
  • Ensure adequate process training is available for the organization
  • Ensure Change Management processes integrate with other processes
  • Provide guidance to the change owner, implementer and requester at all levels
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the process and benchmark the process performance
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous process improvements
  • Participate in other ITSM process initiatives and process reviews

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have at least 5-7 years of experience in Change Management
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in IT Service Management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player
