
The IT Office of the CIO (OCIO) is a team of around 50 professionals responsible for driving change management across ASML’s IT organization. With over 4500 IT professionals, ASML continuously evolves to deliver high-quality and innovative IT solutions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to support organizational change managers in shaping and implementing strategic improvements. You’ll gain hands-on experience in how change is managed in a large, complex organization and contribute directly to ASML’s transformation journey.
You will support the Organizational Change Managers in driving progress toward transformation goals within the IT organization.
Collaborate on organizational change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder involvement and effective implementation.
Support facilitation of discussions, decision-making, and progress tracking.
Identify and mitigate the impact of change, focusing on behavioral transformation.
Help define a vision and roadmap for the future IT organization.
Organize events and participate in rituals to support and communicate change.
This is a bachelor or master internship (non-thesis) for a minimum of 5 months, 4–5 days per week. You are expected 2/3 days on-site, preferably you livemaximum 1 hour away from VeldhovenThe start date of this internship is as of September 2026.
Are a bachelor or master student in Organizational Studies, Business, Change Management or a related field.
Are passionate about change and eager to learn how it works in a large organization.
Are a strong communicator with a proactive mindset.
Are curious and not afraid to question the status quo.
Are comfortable engaging with stakeholders.
Other requirements you need to meet:
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
