JOB PURPOSE & KEY OBJECTIVES:

ADP Lyric HCM is a next-generation, AI-enabled human capital management platform designed to deliver a unified, global HR experience across the entire employee lifecycle. It combines advanced automation, data-driven insights, and a flexible cloud architecture to help organizations streamline HR operations, enhance employee engagement, and drive strategic workforce decisions.

The Change Management Implementation Consultant is responsible for designing and executing change management activities supporting the implementation of the Lyric HCM platform. This role plays a hands-on delivery and advisory standpoint, partnering with CLA and Client Service to ensure Client Training is completed, and with PM to ensure client is ready for “go live”.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Change Management Approach

  • Promote and embed a structured change management methodology across the projects
  • Advocate for adoption of best practices and consistent change standards across workstreams
  • Support clients in understanding and applying change principles

Change Impact Assessment

  • Document and maintain detailed change impacts across HR processes, roles, and user groups
  • Partner closely with workstream Implementation Consultants (ICs) to identify and validate impacts
  • Translate impacts into actionable communication, training, and readiness plans

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with Client Leadership (CLA) and Client Service teams to ensure alignment on change activities
  • Act as a key liaison between operational teams and client stakeholders
  • Support engagement efforts to build awareness, readiness, and adoption

Training Coordination & Enablement

  • Partner with CLA and Client Service teams to ensure client training is planned, delivered, and completed
  • Track training progress and escalate risks to completion
  • Support development and deployment of training materials and user support content

Communication Planning & Execution

  • Develop a structured communication plan aligned to project milestones
  • Ensure communications are relevant and audience-specific (HR, managers, employees) and timely and consistent
  • Track and ensure delivery of planned communications across channels

Readiness & Go-Live Support

  • Partner with the Program Manager (PM) to assess and confirm client readiness for go-live
  • Identify readiness gaps and support mitigation planning
  • Contribute to go-live and hypercare support activities from a change perspective
  • Ensure change activities are fully integrated into the overall program plan
  • Provide updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or Business Administration preferred (or equivalent in training and experience).

Experience:

  • 3- 5 years project/program management experience in HCM implementation or service
  • Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, service delivery models, process governance, and operational controls.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Languages:

  • English C1 and (optional, but great to have): German, French, Italian, Spanish B2

  • Consulting skills, understanding business requirements and mapping to ensure consistency to ADP template, while minimizing risk to both client and ADP.
  • Methodologies - demonstrate knowledge and application of key methodologies employed by Implementation team and Project implementation methodology.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and time management skills, ability to work across various projects, ability to lead a team of consultants to effectively implement a solution.
  • Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project Place, Agile Place, and Visio to effectively update and maintain documentation / training / demonstrations.
  • Client focused, demonstrate concern for meeting and exceeding immediate and future needs of clients.
  • Good business process knowledge of correspondent module being implemented.
