Team Runway is the central change management and deployment function in the VillageWe partner with all teams to create and deploy efficient and effective change initiatives that drive our most important Village objectives

TheChange Management and Deployment Senior Analyst will support smalltolarge changeprojectdeployments using process improvement and change management methodologies. TheSeniorAnalyst will work with a team of highly motivated individuals with management consulting, change management, organizationaldevelopmentand clinical experience. This individualis expected to effectively manage individual work streams, communicate the businessneed, andassistproject teams bycreating the support required to move people through the change curve.

Thisrole requires the ability to workin afast pacedand highly collaborative environment witha high levelofemotionalintelligence.

Organizational change deployments will include:

  • Partnerwithcross-functionalteams across theorganization todevelop deployment strategies and collateral to drive the implementationandadoption ofinnovativetechnologies and processes

  • Useorganizational / behavioral change management strategies and tactical plans

  • IdentifyKPI'sin order todetermineprocess and success metrics.

  • Identifybusiness needs that can be advanced through data analysis Buildreports, metrics trackers, and dashboardsto address these needs.

  • Adhere toa standard practice for change management and deployment

  • Provideadvancedanalytical assessments to better support and drive change throughoutprojectlife-cycle

  • Ensure each change project has the correct elements to successfully drive awareness and adoption.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

1.

Change Management:Develop and deliver various aspects of change management collateral baseon the degree of engagement.

Drivethe development and deployment ofvarious elements of change managementmethodology, includes, but not limited to:

  • Deployment Plan

  • Communications

  • Sponsorship

  • Coaching Plan

  • Resistance Management

  • Training Plan

  • Change Reinforcement

Understandchangemethodologyand applyit effectively

Effectively engagewith Fieldpartners to define, gather, and analyze feedback.

Collatefindings from feedbackin ordertoinfluence oradaptthe change approach.

Act as a thought partner in the development and delivery of change collateral

Think'outside of the box' to solve problems and taketheinitiative to drive solutions

Data & Analytics:Analyze, interpretand QA data. Developcredible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks to drive adoption.

  • IdentifyKPI'stodetermineprocess and success metrics. Build correspondingreports,metricstrackers, and dashboards to drive project KPIs.

  • Proactivelyidentifybusiness needs that can be advanced through data analysis

  • Demonstrateadvancedanalytical capabilities andis able tobuild reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards that provide analysis based on projectand/or business needs.

Project Management:Effectively manage time and drive thecompletion of tasks independently. Drive the development and completion of change management collateral ina timelyfashion.

  • Independently developoveralldeployment planand drivetheexecution of the plan.

  • Identifyand resolve minor roadblocksindependently

  • Maintain the validity of the deployment plan as pivots as changes occur within the project

Written & Oral Communication Building RelationshipsEasily builds rapport across multiple levels of the organization. Iscollaborative, andaninfluencer

  • Strong reputationas a credible and trusted partner

  • Accessnetworks and effectivelyutilizerelationshipsin order todrive innovation and effect change.

  • Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences

  • Workclosely with field teammates Leveragestanding relationshipswith operators and clinicians to drive project success.

The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year.
