Job Description

14596 – Change Management Analyst (onsite) – Miami, FL
Start Date ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
• Experience with change management activities supporting user adoption and organizational change initiatives;
• Experience with change management self-service tools, resources, and communication channels;
•Experience with tools for tracking planning, completion of learning opportunities, and training effectiveness;
•Experience with tools for measuring and tracking employee engagement across collaboration platforms;
• High school diploma

Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Responsibilities
• Support analysis and tracking of change management activities to facilitate and drive user adoption;
• Maintain change management self-service tools, resources, and communication channels for leaders, change network, and practitioners;
• Provide updates on key business unit change initiatives through established resources and communication channels;
• Track planning and completion of learning opportunities and assess training effectiveness using designated tools;
• Measure and track employee engagement and interaction across collaboration tools and communications platforms;
• Support execution of change management activities to drive and facilitate user adoption across all levels of the organization;
• Engage all levels of the organization through effective change management practices and resources.
