ROLE

Change Management & AI Operations Coordinator Internship

We are seeking a highly organized, curious, and motivated professional to join our team in an entry-level Change Management & AI Operations Coordinator role. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for learning, and an interest in helping organizations adopt new technologies and ways of working.

The successful candidate will support change-management initiatives, process documentation, communications, training development, and AI-enabled operational improvements. This role offers hands-on exposure to organizational change, process improvement, AI tools, and workflow automation while providing opportunities for significant professional growth and development.

Initially, the coordinator will work closely alongside a senior leader, providing project and operational support while learning change-management and AI adoption practices. Over time, they will assume ownership of recurring change-management activities, communications, training coordination, process documentation, adoption tracking, and AI-enabled operational tasks.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Support organizational change-management initiatives by coordinating activities, tracking action items, and monitoring progress.
  • Document business processes, workflows, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in preparing communications, presentations, training materials, and user guides to support change adoption.
  • Track stakeholder engagement, training completion, adoption metrics, and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, and ensure follow-up on key actions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through AI tools, automation, and process enhancements.
  • Research new AI capabilities and recommend practical use cases that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support testing, implementation, and ongoing management of AI-enabled operational solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather information, understand challenges, and assist with continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain organized project records and provide status updates to leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field; or
  • Currently pursuing a business management degree, certificate program, professional development pathway, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
  • Foundational understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, or technology-enabled productivity solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently after training.
