About the Tribe Procurement & Cost Management
The Tribe Procurement & Cost Management is a global delivery organisation responsible for building scalable, compliant and data-driven capabilities across procurement, cost management and cost allocations. The tribe supports ING’s ambition to move towards a more standardised, digital and future-proof operating model for Finance, Tax and Procurement stakeholders across ING entities.
About ViDA
ViDA VAT in the Digital Age is a bank-wide strategic and regulatory programme requiring ING to implement e-invoicing and e-reporting capabilities. The programme supports ING entities in becoming ViDA compliant by providing a global e-invoicing and e-reporting capability, relevant knowledge and supporting tools. The programme also focuses on complete and correct billing data, as VAT data will be reported to tax authorities in real time.
For ING, this means setting up a global capability, contracting an e-invoicing/e-reporting service provider, building an internal implementation team and supporting the connection of key ERP and billing systems. The planned 2027 scope includes systems such as PeopleSoft, WB Global Billing, EPOS, EKIP, Belgium billing systems and NL incoming invoices.
Your role and work environment
As a Change Expert / Business Analyst within the ViDA team, you will play a key role in translating regulatory, tax, business and technical requirements into clear business analysis, implementation deliverables and change plans. You will work closely with the Product Lead ViDA, Tax, Finance, Tech, Procurement, Wholesale Banking, Retail and local entity representatives. Your focus will be on creating clarity, structuring complexity and helping the team move from programme initiation towards concrete implementation and onboarding of systems. You will operate in a dynamic environment where regulatory compliance, e-invoicing expertise, data quality, process standardisation and stakeholder alignment are critical.
