As a Change & Experience Manager at Deloitte, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and driving transformation priorities across the firm, aligned to Deloitte’s strategy. Working alongside Partners, senior leaders, and the Communications team, you’ll help align priorities, anticipate impacts, and drive adoption of enterprise-wide initiatives that shape the future of Deloitte.

What will your typical day look like?

You’ll partner with senior leaders to clarify and support the adoption of transformation programs, translating diverse perspectives into aligned action. Drawing on your understanding of culture and behaviours, you’ll reinforce desired ways of working and design the interventions to bridge the gap. Your strong communication skills will help you develop clear, executive-ready messages that surface risks, frame options, and support informed decision-making.

You’ll strengthen governance and delivery cadence, aligning stakeholders on accountabilities, tracking progress and measuring impact across complex initiatives. With a focus on teaming, you’ll design and facilitate leadership sessions, executive forums, and cross-functional workshops to enable alignment and momentum. Operating confidently in ambiguity, you’ll be a trusted advisor who supports leaders to deliver results that improve quality, client outcomes, and employee value.

Our Change & Experience team works closely with leaders across the business to drive meaningful transformation and shape Deloitte’s culture. You’ll collaborate with specialists in change, experience, communication, learning and talent, all working together to deliver impactful outcomes. The team is high-performing and values-driven, committed to supporting each other and delivering results that matter.

You may have all or some of the following skills and experiences:

  • Deep understanding of change and transformation principles, applied pragmatically to drive adoption and outcomes
  • Experience supporting or leading complex program initiatives and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong understanding of large, complex professional services organisations, with the ability to build context and credibility quickly
  • Confident stakeholder leadership and executive-ready communication, able to navigate differing views and clearly frame issues, options, and risks.
  • Curiosity and results focus, leveraging AI-enabled tools and contemporary approaches to improve insight, coordination, and impact
