To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Join us as an Change Delivery Manager at Barclays, where you’ll be leading multi-faceted technology and business change projects in a financial services environment. The individual should be able to quickly establish delivery structure, governance and accountability across multiple teams, bringing clarity to programmes with significant stakeholder engagement, dependencies and delivery challenges.
To be successful as a Change Delivery Manager, you should have the following essential skills:
Delivery of multi-faceted business and technology change projects.
Ample stakeholder management across Business, Product, Technology and Operations.
Robust RAID management, governance and executive reporting.
Recovery of delayed or at-risk projects, driving delivery back on track.
Planning, dependency management and coordination across multiple teams and priorities.
Experience working within Agile and hybrid delivery environments.

Customer or platform migrations
Transformation projects requiring improved governance, delivery rigour and stakeholder management.
Regulatory, risk and compliance-driven change projects.
Digital channel, client experience or customer-facing technology projects.

This role will be based in our Glasgow office.
