The Operations Transformation team prepares airport operations to meet evolving business needs by designing and delivering improved processes, technology and operating models.
The Change Coordinator plays a key role in analysing current operations, shaping practical, value‑driven solutions and supporting delivery across multiple transformation initiatives. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the role partners with frontline and support teams to influence outcomes, manage dependencies and ensure changes are deliverable, embedded and aligned with operational and strategic priorities.
Operational & Workforce Planning
Lead supply and demand analysis to inform sustainable staffing models, seasonal readiness and annual resourcing plans, ensuring alignment with operational demand and budget constraints.
Rostering & Resource Optimisation
Own frontline rostering and roster review processes, ensuring compliance with agreed principles, industrial relations frameworks and operational requirements, while optimising coverage, efficiency and resilience.
Transformation Delivery & Change Management
Manage end‑ to‑ end delivery of operational transformation initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, managing dependencies and ensuring agreed outputs are delivered on time and embedded effectively.
Data‑ Led Performance & Decision Support
Use operational and workforce data to assess the impact of change initiatives, identify improvement opportunities and support more proactive, evidence based decision‑ making across Operations.
Process Design & Continuous Improvement
Map, analyse and redesign end‑ to‑ end operational processes, constructively challenging existing ways of working to drive standardisation, efficiency and improved service delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement & Industrial Relations
Work in close partnership with Operations leadership, WSO, HR and ER to design and implement deliverable changes in line with industrial relations agreements and best practice, maintaining strong frontline engagement.
Innovation, Technology & Capability Enablement
Research and recommend innovative operational, workforce and technology enabled solutions that reduce manual effort, enhance service quality and support long‑term operational sustainability.
