MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES

  • Contribute to the creation and further development of supplier performance monitoring tools.
  • Prepare and communicate monthly supplier performance evaluations to selected key suppliers.
  • Maintain and further develop an online training portal for suppliers.
  • Independently process supplier product and process change requests according to global procedures.
  • Lead cross‑functional meetings to assess risks related to supplier change requests (facilitation only).
  • Maintain collaborative working relationships across all relevant departments.
  • Support the SDQ team with administrative and coordination tasks related to supplier management

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics.
  • Additional qualification in quality engineering is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working in international teams and matrix organizations.
  • Strong listening and communication skills; ability to coordinate across departments.
  • Project management skills.
  • Independent, structured, and detail‑oriented working style.
  • High resilience and flexibility.
