Are you passionate about driving impactful change in the medical device industry? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Change Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring timely, compliant, and coordinated execution of design changes that affect the lifecycle of the MIM suite of software products. As a key controller in the change process, you’ll provide documentation and support essential to the software release cycle.

WhatYou’llDo
Lead and manage the execution ofsoftwarechanges, overseeing initiation, evaluation, and approval of changes.
Coordinate stakeholder input andmaintainmomentum throughout the change process.
Align release plans with resource reality.
Enable product release byentering product informationand SBOMsinto multiple tools
Monitor release progress weekly.
Ensure software changes are according to company quality and regulatory policies.
Manage thesechange processesfor new and existing products.
Manage dependencies on multiple releases.
Distribute and synchronize required tasks afterchangerelease.
Collaborate closely with Product teams, project managers, software engineers, and Quality and Regulatory specialists
Facilitateproduct reviews
Ensure products are released on time, on quality, and onbudget
Participatein quarterly planning sessions withEngineeringto define andprioritize ondeliverables together with the Design Change Control team.
Manage change notifications and distribute change documentation tosuppliers
Investigate, suggest, and implement process improvements to streamline thedesign controlprocess.
WhatYou’llNeed
A bachelor’s degree or higher. Degrees in a technical or scientific field are preferred.In lieu of a degree, four or more years of experience in a technical field is acceptable.
Excellent organizational, documentation, analysis, and communication skills.
Previousexperience related to project management and planning is preferred.
Experience with andunderstanding of document control, design transfer,andacceptance activityis preferred
Experience with software releases is a plus.
