The Change Control Specialist ensures timely and compliant execution of change control activities, including request review, response, closure in OCPLM, maintenance of the controlled product list, and coordination of customer notifications with Product Managers. The role also supports audits, trainings, quality review committees, QMS documentation, process improvements, and promptly escalates any non-standard situations related to assigned responsibilities.
Ensures timely and consistent execution of change control process activities.
Communicates appropriately and in a timely manner with the Product Manager regarding planned changes.
Ensures timely review and closure of requests in the OCPLM system.
Ensures and is responsible for updating and maintaining the controlled product list and related information.
Evaluates the need for customer notification in accordance with contracts. Coordinates customer notification letters regarding changes in line with customer agreements.
Participates in the activities of the Product Quality Review Management Committee. Coordinates periodic meetings and teleconferences with colleagues from other Thermo Fisher sites.
Conducts periodic and, as needed, topic-specific trainings.
Participates in and performs specific tasks related to the preparation of QMS documents within the area of competence, including procedures, instructions, and other documents.
Ensures and is responsible for proper and timely responses to requests.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
Experience working in a manufacturing or scientific department.
Lithuanian and English language skills, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of Quality Management System document preparation and control.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements would be an advantage.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 quality standards.
Digital literacy in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
1983 - 2971 gross/month + annual bonus.
The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and competencies.

Compensation
The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €1 983,33–€2 970,83.
