Job Description

Overview

LMI is seeking a Change & Communications Specialist to lead stakeholder engagement and sustained adoption of Agile ways of working and Atlassian tools in support of Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) modernization initiatives. The position blends organizational change management, communication strategy, readiness analysis, and community engagement to help diverse groups understand what is changing and why it matters.

The Change & Communications Specialist will build an integrated change strategy, map stakeholder needs, coordinate leadership briefings, develop clear campaign materials, and manage an ongoing change-champion network. Working with analysts, coaches, and platform teams, the specialist will connect readiness evidence and user feedback to targeted wave communications, accessible self-service resources, and adoption measurement.

The ideal candidate combines strategic judgment, crisp federal internal communications, and disciplined follow-through that makes adoption visible and sustainable.
