As aChange & Communications Manager atPwCAustralia,you’llplay a vital role in driving our AIuplift by designing people‑first change and communications and buildingcapability,so teams adopt new tools and ways of working.You’llpartner closely with leaders and teams to align vision and action, working with clients across financial services, government, healthcare,energyand technology.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive effective adoption of AI‑enabled ways of working by translating AI strategy and program outcomes into clear impacts, readiness actions, and behaviour change for people across the firm.
  • Partner with program leads and change managers to shape and deliver change strategies that support successful business transformation across projects.
  • Provide senior‑level oversight and support to the design and delivery of change initiatives across workstreams, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and capability uplift.
  • Designing and supporting training plans and activities across the teams.
  • Developing portfolio communication plans and writing communications in conjunction with corporate affairs communication standards
  • Contribute strategic input to the translation of transformation objectives into practical, executable change plans aligned to business priorities.
  • Support the planning, sequencing, and integration of change activities across strategy, design, and implementation phases.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies impacting adoption, advising on mitigation strategies and course corrections.
  • Support engagement with senior stakeholders and executives by preparing insights, materials, and recommendations that enable effective sponsorship and decision‑making.
  • Champion a people‑centric approach to change, supporting initiatives that enhance leadership alignment and employee experience.
  • Work alongside cross‑functional teams to enable delivery of change outcomes, providing clarity, guidance, and problem‑solving support where required.
  • Contribute to capability uplift initiatives that strengthen change maturity and foster a high‑performing, learning‑oriented environment.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal teams through collaboration, credibility, and consistent delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience in change management across strategy, design, and planning.
  • Proventrack recorddelivering complex change initiatives and achieving adoption at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, building trusted advisor relationships.
  • Strong experience developing and leading capability uplift programs for teams.
  • Relationship-led with strong executive presence; able to command credibility with senior leaders.
  • Flexible, pragmatic problem solver with a proven ability to navigate organisational complexity.
  • Outcome-focused and growth-oriented, witha strong senseof accountability for impact and delivery.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer, able to simplify complexity and drive alignment.
  • Inclusive, empathetic leader who prioritises employee experience and engagement.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working across diverse sectors and change contexts.
  • Learning and global mindset to continually adapt and change the more we learn locally about AI and adopt global strategies and knowledge toassistlocal execution.
  • Ability to work across Lines of Services to bring together a firm wide change plan meeting the firm andLoSspecific needs
