Our multi-disciplinary team acts as an in-house “agency” – deploying high-quality comms capabilities at the forefront of strategic advisory and integrated execution services.
The Change Communications & Engagement Lead, CORE+ will play a critical role in supporting AIG’s CORE+ Program – a significant organisational change and risk transformation program focused on strengthening non-financial risk management, governance, accountability, controls and risk culture across Australia and New Zealand.
This role is ideal for a communications professional with deep experience in organisational change, business transformation and employee engagement, ideally gained in a risk remediation, regulatory transformation or complex financial services environment. You will help translate a serious and sensitive regulatory context into clear, practical and confidence-building communications that support leaders, managers and employees through change.
Working closely with Marketing & Communications, Enterprise Risk Management, Legal, HR, the CORE+ Program Management Office and senior leaders, you will develop and deliver communication strategies, leader materials, engagement plans, messaging, FAQs and change narratives that help employees understand what is changing, why it matters, what behaviours are expected and how progress will be evidenced.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension, subject to business requirements.
