About the Role
Thisis a client-facing role responsible for leading complex transformation, peopleand workforce advisory engagements across private and government organisations.The successful candidate willbringseasoned business developmentexperience,deep consulting capability, strategic thinking and practical delivery leadership to help clients translate strategy into sustained organisational outcomes.
The role is expected to bring clarity to complexity, align diverse stakeholders around shared priorities, and design practical solutions that supportour client’s change and transformation programs Working closely withthe Partnersand senior leaders, theChange and Transformation Directorwill lead project deliveryand teams, contribute to thought leadership, anddrivethe growth and development of thepractice.

About You

Our successful candidate has significant experience in consultingand business development(10-15 years+)with strongtechnicalcapability across one or more:change management,organisational designandworkforce strategy across private and/or government organisations.
