Managing over $67 billion in funds under administration for leading institutions, private wealth firms and financial advisers, we deliver innovative technology and exceptional service to our clients.

We are committed to empowering advisers to run better businesses and deliver better client outcomes. Join us as we continue to redefine wealth management in Australia.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of PMO, this 12-month fixed term role (3 days per week) is responsible for leading change, communications and enablement activities across Praemium’s Platform Transformation program. You will translate program strategy into practical change delivery, ensuring employees, advisers and investors understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to transition successfully.

Working closely with the PMO, Marketing, Training and business stakeholders, you will drive readiness, adoption and consistent communication across the transformation lifecycle in a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the change strategy and delivery approach across the platform transformation program
  • Identify, assess and manage change impacts across employees, advisers and investors
  • Partner closely with the PMO to align change activity with program milestones, risks and governance
  • Lead internal change communications, including leadership messaging, FAQs, SharePoint content and town halls
  • Support external communications in collaboration with Marketing, ensuring adviser and investor messaging is clear and compliant
  • Contribute to training and capability uplift in partnership with internal and external training teams
  • Support readiness, adoption and go-live activities across releases, migrations and dual-run phases
  • Monitor change effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned

About You

You are an experienced change professional who thrives in
complex, fast-moving transformation environments and can translate ambiguity
into clear, practical outcomes.

You will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in change and communications roles
  • Experience delivering change within financial services and/or technology transformation programs (highly regarded)
  • Formal qualifications in change, communications or a related discipline (Prosci or equivalent
    preferred)
  • Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and impact management across diverse audiences
  • Experience developing and delivering internal and external transformation communications
  • Ability to work across PMO, delivery, marketing and operational teams in a structured but evolving environment

You will also bring:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex change into clear messaging
  • Confidence operating in ambiguity and managing competing priorities
  • Sound judgement, resilience and the ability to influence without authority
  • A collaborative, delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

What We Offer

  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements
  • Access to a wide range of online learning courses
Access to wellbeing initiatives, including confidential employee assistance
    programs
  • A range of employee benefits, including discounts and lifestyle offers
  • Additional leave options to provide greater flexibility
  • Modern CBD office with quality facilities and a collaborative team environment
