As part of this change, we are looking for a highly skilled Change and Communications Lead to guide our teams through this transition.
The Change and Communications Lead will play a pivotal role in managing the business and people impacts of the system changes, ensuring smooth adoption of the new FMS. You will be responsible for developing and executing plans for management of change that help our people understand the benefits of the new system, transition seamlessly to new ways of working, and confidently embed necessary process and procedure changes. You will also see yourself bring your experience in driving the user acceptance testing and end user training experience to the team and help uptake of the new Freight Management Systems.
This role will require regular communication with impacted teams, delivering key messages to keep the wider business informed and engaged throughout the implementation process.
