Job Description

GCB 5

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Change Agent.

This position will be supporting wealth product digital and product enhancements. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Technology and Operations to define requirements, translate them into deliverable features, and support delivery from discovery through release.

In this role you will:

  • Capture, analyse and document business requirements; create epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog
  • Translate business requirements and designs into detailed functional requirements to support solution design and build
  • Analyse customer journeys and map current and future-state processes, identifying impacts, dependencies and improvement opportunities
  • Support the Product Owner/Business Owner with backlog prioritisation using business insight, investigation and analysis
  • Provide high-level solution options, considering feasibility (commercial, business, technical and delivery) and change impacts
  • Work with stakeholders across multiple geographies (Product, UI/UX, Technology, Digital and Operations) to support estimation, planning and transition from analysis to delivery.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies; escalate appropriately and help remove delivery blockers
  • Support delivery through development, testing and implementation to ensure outputs meet requirements and are fit for release
  • Contribute to post-implementation reviews and produce delivery documentation (plans, status updates, implementation checkpoints, training/user materials and communications)

To be successful you will need:

  • Extensive experience eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements and supporting solution design across business, operations and technology change (customer journeys, process mapping, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria)
  • Strong wealth product knowledge (e.g., equities/stocks, bonds, structured products) with proven delivery of related digital/product enhancements end-to-end (requirements through release)
  • Front-to-back lifecycle knowledge across wealth products (pre-trade, execution, post-trade), including clearing, settlement, and operational processes (exceptions/reconciliations; corporate actions where relevant) and how these translate into digital journeys/servicing
  • Proven ability to build relationships, facilitate workshops and negotiate outcomes with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills; able to assess options, manage trade-offs and resolve issues at pace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, producing clear documentation and engaging stakeholders effectively
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset and proactively identifies and drives improvement/change opportunities
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field, or comparable experience and/or professional qualifications
