Wausau Tile is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Chamfer Line/Sealing Operator to join our Terrazzo Tile team. This role involves operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure high-quality terrazzo tiles are produced safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, start, and operate chamfer, sealing, and burnishing equipment.
• Monitor tile production for quality, making machine adjustments as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance and assist in mold preparation.
• Follow production schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and experience with production machinery.
• Ability to read spec sheets and use measuring tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
