Position Title: Challenge Course Guide

Department: Mountain Sports School

Classification: Summer Seasonal FT

Job Duties:

• Inspecting the ropes adventure course and all safety gear each day

• Properly harness and de-harness guests for their time on the course

• Give ground school orientation to guests before they enter the course

• Coach guests through the course when needed

• Pass the written and practical exam to become a Level 1 Ropes Practitioner

• Obey all safety protocols

• Work with Summer Camp Staff to facilitate campers’ schedules on the course

• Work together with the team to provide breaks for coworkers

You will learn people skills and customer service skills in this role. You will learn technical skills and get certified as a Level 1 Ropes Practitioner. Work hours are 8:45am to 5:15pm (weather/business dependent) with unpaid 30-minute lunch break

• Looking for people comfortable being guest-facing and interacting with all guests.
