董事長助理/秘書
崗位職責:
協助董事長行程規劃、日程提醒與控管時程。
會議安排聯繫,參與會議、追蹤監督及彙整各部門的工作進度與呈報。
負責行政事務流程之溝通、跨部門溝通等。
負責對外公共關係的協調,協助處理相關的商務行程安排和接待工作。
協助董事長進行追蹤董事長所交代事項。
任職要求:
大專以上學歷,有相關助理工作經驗
女生優先考慮,年齡30以下
良好人際溝通協調力,柬籍會中文優先考慮
熟悉使用各類辦公軟件操作系統
誠信敬業,積極樂觀
Chairman Assistant/ Secretary
Job Responsibilities:
Assist chairman with schedule arrangement, schedule reminders and schedule control.
Arrange meetings, participate in meetings, track and follow up work progress from all departments.
Responsible for communication on administrative processes, cross-department communication, etc.
Responsible for Business Visit schedule arrangement
Assist Chairman to follow up on matters assigned by Chairman.
Job Requirements:
Must Possess a Bachelor's Degree and relevant work experience
Priority given to female, age under 30 years old
Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, with priority given to Cambodian applicants who are proficient in Chinese
Proficient in office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Honest, dedicated, Proactive, and optimistic
