Job Description

*This is an Interfolio demo position*

The Department of Anthropology at Interfolio University invites applications for a senior faculty position in anthropology and indigenous culture studies, to start in the Fall of 2019. The position is designated for a full professor.

Applicants with a focus in sociocultural anthropology, or socioculturally informed applicants from the other subfields of anthropology will be considered. Applicants from other subfields of anthropology, will be considered. Applicants from related disciplines are also encouraged to apply

The successful candidates will show evidence of scholarly excellence commensurate with rank, or accomplished teaching, and of active engagement with indigenous peoples, thought, politics, and cultures.

The selected scholar will join a vibrant anthropology department, and will be encouraged to actively participate in the process of building the program at Interfolio University.
