Given their key role in team leadership, decision-making, communication, and operational and production support, managers, supervisors, production team members, and support functions, including Finance, HR, and IT, are expected to work from the studio at least four days per week
This increased presence helps strengthen collaboration, maintain closer proximity with teams, support operational needs more effectively, and sustain a strong, vibrant, and aligned studio culture.
The CG Supervisor is responsible for the visual and technical quality of the CG elements on a project, translating the VFX Supervisor’s vision through every delivered shot. As a key pillar of the 3D pipeline, they guide the artistic teams, optimize workflows, and ensure the aesthetic and technical consistency of all deliverables.
Working closely with Production, Supervision, the Head of 3D Operations, and the Heads of Department, they actively contribute to the planning, strategy, and overall success of the project, while upholding Rodeo FX’s standards of excellence and collaboration.

Carry the VFX Supervisor’s vision through the visual and technical quality of the CG work
Supervise all CG departments assigned to the project
Deliver work on schedule and according to Rodeo FX’s quality standards
Drive project efficiency and productivity
