职位描述
1、根据主美与策划的需求，完成游戏视频物料的创意与制作，包括但不限于：制作高品质宣传CG、高品质角色展示CG、过场动画、动态漫画等视频物料； 2、产出创意方案，独立跟进角色与场景的模型材质、中期动画制作、灯光渲染、后期合成、音乐音效相关的各个环节，提供准确有效的反馈，必要时刻需亲自上手实操，确保成片落地； 3、深度了解游戏生产逻辑，了解常见的游戏结构，针对当前市场的的流行趋势和喜好，对各类视频素材进行监修； 4、确保游戏所需视频物料的高品质完成，并按时交付。
职位要求
1、艺术专业毕业（必选项），深厚的美术功底，要有敏锐的审美触觉； 2、六年以上三维写实游戏项目经历，产出过高品质CG，需提供三维写实类CG作品案例，魔幻题材优先； 3、三年以上独立带片经历（必选项），能独立跟进CG全片生产，熟悉传统maya生产全流程，能准确锚定项目所存在的问题，并给外包团队提出专业修改意见； 4、精通视听语言（必选项），可构思撰写影片文字分镜方案，并能直接产出分镜设计或layout，能产出完整、明确的三维生产方案，预估风险，并给出解决方法； 5、对角色模型、场景概念、动画、灯光氛围、后期合成等环节，有理论和实操有相关经验；精通Maya生产流程和相关软件；熟悉houdini特效，理解UE流程，有过UE项目经历； 6、具备优秀的表达和统筹能力，能高效的和外包商、内部团队沟通。懂得灵活变通，遇到问题能多角度思考，用巧妙的方法解决问题，推进项目； 7、对制作成本有一定的认知 ，能务实的平衡创意、制作与成本的关系。
