Job Purpose :
The Structuring and Documentation role is responsible for supporting the establishment, maintenance, and governance of corporate and transaction structures by ensuring all documentation, regulatory, compliance, and onboarding requirements are accurately managed and executed. The role acts as a critical coordination point between internal stakeholders, financial institutions, legal, compliance, and external counterparties, facilitating account openings, due diligence reviews, corporate governance activities, and transaction execution. Through effective management of corporate records, regulatory obligations, risk management processes, and strategic business initiatives, the role helps safeguard the organization's compliance framework, enable business growth, and support efficient execution of commercial and financing activities across multiple jurisdictions.

Education and Qualifications
Diploma and/or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, Law, Corporate Governance, or a related discipline.
Experience in corporate structuring, treasury, banking documentation, corporate secretarial, compliance, legal documentation, or financial services operation.
