About the role
As a CFS Invoicing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our invoicing function. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts within your designated area, monitoring account performance, processing sales invoices accurately, and ensuring customer statements are distributed in line with company procedures.
Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will handle invoice queries and customer enquiries, providing a professional and timely service. You will also be responsible for collecting, maintaining, and analysing customer information to support business reporting and help drive operational performance.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that offers opportunities to support colleagues across the wider business through a range of administrative and business support activities. You will demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing priorities and ad-hoc requests, while acting as an ambassador for the Halfords CFS Values and contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused, and unified business environment.
Shift pattern for this role: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. Occasional Saturday may be required.

This role is based full-time onsite at our Stafford Support Centre during your training period; upon completion of your training, you will have the option to work from home 2 days a week.
