What You’ll Do as CFS Inspector

As CFS Inspector is responsible for overseeing the inspection of products to ensure they meet specified standards. You will play an essential role in maintaining the company's reputation for high-quality products and services. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing product inspections in line with Primark Inspection Procedures and quality requirements.
  • Identifying, classifying, and reporting Critical, Major, and Minor defects in accordance with Primark Inspection Procedures.
  • Assess and verifying compliance with children's product safety requirements as defined by Primark Inspection Procedures.
  • Conducting packaging inspections to ensure compliance with Primark standards and specifications.
  • Measuring the required sample quantity of garments in accordance with Primark Inspection Procedures.
  • Accurately recording and communicating AQL inspection results to the Quality and Technical Manager.
  • Proactively identifying, escalating, and supporting the timely resolution of any local issues that may delay AQL approval or reporting.
  • Maintaining accurate inspection records and ensure all findings are documented and reported in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline required; postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including demonstrated business communication and email writing skills.
  • 3-5 years' experience within the garment manufacturing or apparel industry.
